Write to support@cristallo.app. A person reads every message, usually within one business day. English or Spanish is fine.

Lost your license key?

Search your mail for “Your Cristallo license”, the email we sent right after your purchase. Not there? Write to us from the email address you used at checkout and we'll send it again.

Activating your license

  1. Open Cristallo and choose Cristallo › Enter License… in the menu bar.
  2. Paste the whole key from your email. Line breaks and spaces that your email app added don't matter.
  3. Click Activate. Settings › License then shows your email and update period.

The key is checked on your Mac; activation works offline.

A conversion doesn't look right

Send us the page if you can share it, or describe what went wrong (a table split badly, text in the wrong order). Real documents are how the converter gets better. We only use files you send to fix the problem, and delete them afterwards.
